Information you give us

When you call, text, or email us, or talk with us about an estimate, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, property address, photos, and details about your project. Our website does not have online forms; we only receive information you choose to send us by phone, text, or email.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our website and analytics tools automatically collect technical information such as pages viewed, time on page, referring website, approximate location (city/region, derived from IP address), device type, and browser. This information is pseudonymous — it is linked to a cookie or device identifier, not your name.

Analytics and cookies

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to measure Site traffic and usage. Google may process this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Our website platform (an AI-powered website builder) records basic, first-party page-view statistics to help us understand Site performance.
• Our hosting/security provider (Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary cookie (__cf_bm) to protect the Site from bots.
• Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address to deliver the fonts.
• Links to Facebook, TikTok, Yelp, and Google Maps/Reviews take you to sites governed by those companies' privacy policies.

We do not use advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or sell your information. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; the Site works without them.

Text messages

If you text us using the "Text Us" link, your phone carrier and our phone provider process your number and messages so we can reply. We use your number only to respond to you about your project. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not sell or share your mobile number. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we use information

To respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and complete work, communicate about your project, handle warranty or service requests, keep business and tax records, improve the Site, and comply with law.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example phone, email, website hosting, and analytics providers), with suppliers or subcontractors when needed to complete your project, or when required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep project and contact records as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties, and meet tax and legal requirements (generally up to 7 years), then delete them. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing Chrisbradley753@gmail.com or calling 706-970-1278. We will respond within a reasonable time. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights; we will honor applicable requests.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please don't text or email sensitive information such as Social Security or full payment card numbers.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
